These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and sajjil ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the sajjil website accessible at sajjil.net and any related mobile-optimized interfaces.

By accessing sajjil, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

sajjil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to use sajjil, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion program administered by sajjil or any other PAGCOR-regulated entity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of any sajjil employee or associated business partner;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the sajjil platform.

sajjil enforces mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) sajjil account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or a different name, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering on sajjil, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity, or provide false information at any stage of registration or subsequent KYC verification. sajjil reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration details at any time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. sajjil will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify sajjil immediately by contacting our support team. sajjil may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or detected unauthorized access.

Account Currency

All sajjil accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, balances, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PHP unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Deposits

sajjil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts to fund your sajjil balance is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these Terms, resulting in immediate account review and potential suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. sajjil targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing timelines.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have successfully completed KYC verification. sajjil reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value. Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.

Transaction Limits

sajjil applies transaction limits as determined by PAGCOR guidelines and internal risk management policies. Applicable daily, weekly, and monthly limits are displayed in your account cashier at all times and may be adjusted subject to account standing and verification status.

sajjil offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. sajjil expressly commits to writing wagering requirements in plain, unambiguous language — they will not be buried in footnotes or expressed in deliberately confusing formulations.

Bonus Abuse

sajjil actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using systematic low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), providing false information to qualify for a promotion, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture, suspension, and permanent ban at sajjil's sole discretion.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds that remain in your account beyond the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your balance. It is your responsibility to review and act on bonus offers within the stated validity window.

All games available on the sajjil platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to rules defined by the respective provider. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the sajjil platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems operated by our game providers. sajjil does not independently control or influence the outcome of any individual game round. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are as published by the respective provider and are available for review upon request.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, any wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. sajjil will not honor wins or payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous display, technical glitch, or communication error that produces an outcome inconsistent with the game's published rules and payout tables.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed within each game interface. sajjil reserves the right to adjust betting limits on any game or for any account at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming interventions or fraud prevention measures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sajjil platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the sajjil platform or its associated infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or sajjil's fraud detection systems;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions in bad faith;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your sajjil account by a third party, including minors.

sajjil is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or coping with emotional stress.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the sajjil platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any sajjil content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sajjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, or interruption of service.

sajjil's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sajjil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience to players.

sajjil collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will never be sold to third parties. Data shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of those services. sajjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected on the account;
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion order;
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable Philippine law.

Upon account closure due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account — including pending bonus amounts — may be forfeited at sajjil's discretion. Where an account is closed for non-punitive reasons (e.g., player-requested closure or self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

sajjil operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory disputes or complaints relating to PAGCOR oversight may be escalated through the appropriate PAGCOR channels as prescribed by Philippine gaming law.

sajjil reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, sajjil will endeavor to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the sajjil platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any modification, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.
